How do I cancel an order?

Please NOTE: You have a maximum of 24 hours after an order was placed, to make any changes to it.

To edit an order go to Subliminator → Orders → Click on the order you want to edit



Here you can make several changes to your order before it is processed.

1. You can Change/add the address



2. You can Cancel the order

3. You can Change the size of the product(s) in the order



If changes need to be made that our outside of the 24 hour window then please send an email to support with the SBL order number and the changes you would like to have made. There is no guarantee that this would still be possible, but if it is our team will gladly help you.
