How do I edit an order?

Learn how to edit or cancel an order before it enters production. You can update the shipping address, change product sizes, or cancel the order within the allowed editing window.

If you need to make changes to an order after it has been placed, Subliminator allows you to edit certain order details before production begins.

Important: Orders can only be edited within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order may already be in production, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

To edit an order go to Subliminator → Orders → Click on the order you want to edit



Here you can make several changes to your order before it is processed.

1. You can Change/add the address


2. You can Cancel the order

3. You can Change the size of the product(s) in the order

Changes After 24 Hours

If more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, editing options may no longer be available.

If you still need assistance:

  1. Contact the Subliminator Support team.

  2. Include your SBL Order Number.

  3. Describe the changes you would like to make.

Although changes cannot be guaranteed after the editing window has expired, the support team will review your request and assist whenever possible.
