Why is my order status still ‘pending’?

Subliminator has 4 billing cycles every 24 hours. So if your order is still showing as "pending", the reason could be that the billing cycle hasn't passed yet.

If an order has been processing for more than 2 days there might be a problem. Get in touch with our support team and we’ll look into what the issue could be.

In most cases it could be one of the following:

1. Connectivity issues: If Shopify goes down around the time the order was placed, it may not be transmitted to us correctly.

2. Billing problems: If a card charge fails, your account will be temporarily placed on hold until the payment is successful. Make sure that your credit card and/or PayPal information is up to date in the Subliminator App.
