Why is my order status still ‘pending’?

There are a few common reasons an order may stay in a pending or stalled state. The sections below cover the most frequent causes based on how our support team handles these cases.

Payment was completed after the order was placed

Production does not begin until payment is fully processed — not when the order is first placed. For example, if an order is placed on one date but payment is only completed several days later, the production clock starts from the payment date. If your order appears delayed, first check that payment has actually gone through successfully.

Order is on hold due to incomplete shipping information

Some orders are automatically placed on hold on our end because shipping information is incomplete or missing. In these cases, our support team manually releases the order from hold once the issue is resolved. If your order is stuck, contact support so we can check whether it is being held for this reason.

A recipient Tax Number is required

Shipping to certain countries requires the recipient's Tax Number before the order can be dispatched. If this information is missing, the order will stall even after production is complete. If support identifies this as the cause, they will contact you to collect the Tax Number so shipment can proceed.

Connectivity or transmission issues

If there is a connectivity issue around the time an order is placed, it may not transmit to us correctly. This can cause an order to appear stuck. Contact support and we can investigate from our end.

Billing problems

If a card payment fails, your account may be temporarily placed on hold until the payment is successfully completed. Please make sure your credit card and/or PayPal payment information is up to date in the Subliminator App.

Please note that Subliminator runs four billing cycles every 24 hours. If your order is still showing as "Pending", the payment may simply be waiting for the next billing cycle to process.

If your order has been showing as "Processing" for more than 2 days, there may be an issue that requires further investigation. Please contact our support team with your SBL order number, and we will look into the cause of the delay.

What to do if your order is stuck

  • Check that payment was fully completed and note the date it cleared — production time is counted from that date, not the order date.

  • Contact the Subliminator support team with your SBL order number or the email address on your Subliminator account so we can locate your order quickly.

  • Our team will check whether the order is on hold, has a shipment issue, or requires additional information such as a Tax Number.

Note: Please note that Subliminator is not responsible for losses or delays caused by unsuccessful payments, incomplete shipping details, or other issues that result in an order being placed on hold or prevent it from being processed and shipped on time.
