🗓️ Chinese New Year Schedule: How It Affects Your Orders
As the Chinese New Year (CNY) celebration draws near, we at Subliminator would like to share important information regarding our operational schedule. This time is traditionally reserved for family reunions in China, and we strive to balance the well-being of our team with the needs of our clients.
Why CNY Matters:
CNY is the longest holiday period in China. Many factory workers who live in company-provided dormitories use this time to visit their families. At Subliminator, we're fortunate to have most of our team based in Shaoxing, our factory's location, which allows us to minimize downtime.
Operational Changes During CNY:
🏭 Factory Downtime:
Apparel factory will pause from January 26 to February 6, 2025.
Shoe factory will pause from January 26, 2025 to February 3, 2025.
🚚 Shipping Service Resume Dates:
Apparel Factory: Shipping resumes February 7, 2025.
Shoe Factory: Shipping resumes in full capacity on February 4, 2025.
⚙️ Order Processing Cut-off Dates:
Apparel Factory: Orders with no design or address issues placed by January 19th CET will be processed and shipped before CNY.
Shoe Factory: Orders with no design or address issues placed by January 17th CET will be processed and shipped before CNY.
📦 Post-CNY Operations: Beginning February 7th, we will resume production on all pending orders.
