Who is responsible for an incorrect address?
If an order was placed with a wrong or incomplete recipient address, the responsibility lies with the store owner who submitted the order. Please double-check all shipping details before placing orders with Subliminator.
Can the address be changed after an order is placed?
In some cases, yes — but it depends on how far along the order is in production and fulfillment. Support will check with the logistics team to determine whether a correction is still possible. There is no guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been submitted.
If the order has been placed recently, contact support immediately with the correct address.
If the order has already been fulfilled and shipped, support will still attempt to submit an address correction request, but success is not guaranteed.
What information do you need to provide?
When contacting support about an address change, have the following ready:
Your SBL order number
The full correct address (street, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, country)
The recipient's email address — this is required by the system to save the address update
The recipient's phone number (if available)
What if the order was already delivered to the wrong address?
If the carrier tracking shows the package as delivered but the recipient did not receive it, first ask the recipient to:
Check with neighbors and any unexpected locations at their address (e.g., back porch, side door)
Inquire with their local post office for additional delivery details
If the delivery company confirms that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and cannot be recovered, ask for a screenshot of that confirmation from the carrier and send it to Subliminator support. With that evidence, support can file a claim with the carrier and may be able to issue a refund or reshipment.
