No. Your customers will not see that their order is shipped from China when using the tracking link provided by Subliminator.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, customers automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Tracknator tracking link.
What is Tracknator?
Tracknator is Subliminator's customer-friendly tracking platform.
It displays the package's real tracking events and delivery progress while hiding the shipment's origin location. This creates a smoother customer experience by allowing customers to track their orders without focusing on where the package originated.
Customers can use Tracknator to:
View shipment progress
Check the latest tracking updates
Monitor delivery status
Track their package from shipment to delivery
Can I see the original tracking information?
Yes.
As the store owner, you have access to both:
The Tracknator tracking link
The original carrier tracking number and tracking URL
To view them:
Log in to your Subliminator account.
Navigate to Orders.
Select the order you want to view.
Open the order details.
Both tracking links are available in the top-right section of the order details.
Is the tracking information accurate?
Yes. Tracknator displays the actual tracking events provided by the shipping carrier. The only difference is that it does not display the shipment's origin location to the customer.
