Delivery time for your Subliminator order is made up of two parts: production time and shipping time. Both vary depending on the product and destination.

Your order goes into production before it is shipped. We take about 2-7 business days to create our cut & sew products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. The production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier assigned to your order. Subliminator uses multiple carriers depending on the destination.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Make sure you are using the correct carrier's tracking website for your tracking number — for example, FedEx tracking numbers should be looked up at fedex.com, not a third-party tracking site. Using the wrong site may show inaccurate or no results.

If tracking information is not updating or your order appears delayed, our support team can escalate the matter to our logistics team for further investigation. In some cases, the fastest resolution may come from contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they have the most up-to-date information on your shipment's status.
