Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Updated over a week ago

Shipments to your customers may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Your end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

For US orders, all applicable tariffs are already included in the product prices, so end customers in the US do not need to pay additional tariffs upon delivery.

This means that when shipping to the US, the customer will not be required to pay tariffs themselves, as these costs are covered in the listed price.

However, if an order is upgraded to express shipping, the express fee is calculated based on the product type, quantity, and shipping address, and additional tax which may vary accordingly.
