What are Lifestyle Mockups?
Lifestyle Mockups are dynamic images that showcase products in realistic, life-like scenarios with real models. Instead of traditional product shots, Lifestyle Mockups allow you to visualize how your designs will look when worn or used in real-world contexts, creating a more engaging experience for potential customers.
Availability: This feature is only available to users with a PRO subscription plan.
How to access Lifestyle Mockups?
Navigate to the Lifestyle Mockups Library:
On the platform’s sidebar, go to Tools and select Lifestyle Mockups. This will open the Lifestyle Mockup library, a collection of lifestyle-oriented product mockups that you can browse and filter.
Explore Navigation Options:
On the left side, you’ll find a navigation panel that includes:
Favorite Mockups: Your saved mockups for easy access.
My Product Match: Mockups that include your published products.
Product Categories: Various product categories similar to the Product Catalog navigation.
On the top, you will see a range of filters. Use them to narrow down the mockup options to find the best match faster.
Using and Customizing Mockups
Once you’ve selected a mockup, you’ll enter the Lifestyle Mockup Editor. The editor layout consists of three main sections:
1. Top bar:
Displays the number of products used in the mockup.
Shows the title of the mockup.
Indicates the number of credits that will be charged upon downloading or saving the mockup to your assets. The charge is 1 credit per mockup.
2. Side Panel and Canvas:
Canvas: The main area where the selected mockup is displayed.
Side Panel: Contains two tabs:
Settings Tab:
Select the store to display products associated with it.
Under Displayed Products, you’ll find a list of products used in the mockup.
Use the Select Design dropdown to choose a design for each product or toggle Use Solid Color to paint the product in a specific color.
Note 1: You must have at least one design published for any product used in the mockup. Products without published designs will be automatically filled with a solid color, which you can adjust or replace with a newly published design.
Note 2. If a recently published product doesn’t appear in the dropdown, click the Refresh icon or refresh the page to update the list.
Once the image is rendered, you can click Download to save it. Each download will charge credits. The downloaded mockup, along with those Saved to my Assets, will be available for future use in My assets section from the main sidebar of the web app.
Useful tip. In some mockups, you have the option to change the color of certain items that aren’t part of your product catalog. This feature helps ensure your design looks polished and cohesive, allowing you to customize the overall look without limitations.

Mockup Details Tab:
This tab provides information about the mockup image and details on the model(s) featured. If multiple models appear in the image, select a model from the Displayed Models section, and the system will highlight the selected model on the canvas with a frame.
3. Similar Mockups:
This section suggests other mockup options with similar products to the current mockup, offering alternatives for variation or exploration.

Can I generate Lifestyle Mockups if I have credits, but my subscription is expired?
No, credits are only valid with an active PRO subscription plan. Renewing your subscription will reactivate your ability to use credits.
How can I remove the watermark from the generated mockup?
The watermark is automatically removed in your downloaded or saved mockup, so you’ll see a clean, professional image.
How many mockups can I download?
Each download deducts an amount of credits, so you can download as many mockups as your available credits allow.
I have no credits left. How can I download more mockups?
If you’ve run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits from the Subscription tab. Please note that credits are only valid with an active PRO subscription plan.
I can’t find any mockups that suit my needs. What do you suggest?
