Your rights when using Subliminator
What's the time frame to submit a claim for a reshipment/refund?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any order that's lost in transit is eligible for a reshipment or refund at our cost. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that your customer got in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information states
Tracking shows the package was delivered, but customer claims they have yet to receive it?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, Subliminator won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
What if the recipient's address was wrong?
If the recipient's address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Undelivered packages will end up getting destroyed by our shipping partners, as these too expensive to ship back to our facility in China.
How do I inform Subliminator about intellectual property infringement?
If you believe someone's using your content in a way that constitutes an infringement of your rights (see Subliminator Terms of Service, Section 3: Content), send a Takedown Report to email@example.com. It must include: A description of the rights that are being infringed supported by registration and other documentation (if possible), and links to the original content; A description of the infringing content supported by links
